[50mhz] 6 meter beacons

I look forward to hearing them on 10m and 6m Jim.

I wish I could offer help on the  rules etc. but I have no idea. 

I doubt that you need any special permission, especially if it's a temporary beacon on a 
balloon. You should check FAA rules though. You may need to nortify them if it is going 
above a certain height. I am no expert though.
