[50mhz] K7VK QRV from DN25tr on 6m during Field Day

K7VK and K7PX will again be going up to 8000' to operate6m from the top of Bare Cone 
Mountain in southwestern Montana.  They will only be running 100w and a W5WVO 
modified 5 element yagi, but when there is Es, that should work well from that great 
location. They are hoping to be QRV by 1500Z Saturday morning, and will be sending 
reports of 1B beginning 1800Z. If you still need DN25 this is a great opportunity for 
you!

As long as there are no lightning storms, they will be operating on 50.125, and then 
as the band opens, they will move up around 50.135, depending on QRM. They will be 
QRV on SSB and CW, so please feel free to call them on CW if you hear them.

There is a chance that they may be active on WSJT modes in the morning, but that will 
probably only happen if you want to set up a sked with them.  Please contact K7VK, 
Vick, directly by email if you are interested in that possibility.  They will not 
have any internet capability from up there in the middle of nowhere.

I will be away from home most of Saturday, so I will not be able to forward messages 
to them from the internet, and so far, I have not been able to communicate well with 
them up there because of all the mountains between us.   However, we are talking 
about trying to arrange a link via an FM repeater, and if that works out, I may be 
able to relay information to them from the internet on Sunday.
