[50mhz] 4L1AN update

I understand they will be calling CQ first sequence JT65A on 50.196 during their 
moonset  Friday.  They will be operating from LN21kq in Tiblisi for the time being.

There is a chance that they MAY operate from the eastern shore of the Black Sea in a 
couple of weeks. More information will be forwarded as it becomes available.  73, Lance
