[50mhz] [SVHFSList] Carrier on 52.525FM...

I've noticed it here in FN13 for the last few days. It some times
becomes full quieting. No back round noise, probably not someone sitting
on their mike. 73 Al K2MPE (35 miles east of Rochester)
