Howdy gang, here is the full details of my N8OFS/M "killing two birds with
one stone" SPAR Winter FD Contest Entry AND IHRAS/RAOTA 6 Rest Area
Activation Award Plans... This email will be QUITE long...

The SPAR Winter FD Contest starts on Saturday January 28 2012 at 1700Z...
Below is the list of Rest Areas I will be activating and the approximate
times I will be there... The general rule of thumb is that I will stay at
each Rest Area for one hour and move on to the next one... Since I will
be /M and due to the always CrAzY winter weather around here, there is NO
WAY I can give exact times, but this should be close...

1700Z-1800Z I-71 OH 224 NB Brunswick EN91cf
1815Z-1915Z I-71 OH 224 SB Brunswick EN91cf
1930Z-2030Z I-271 OH 7 NB Richfield EN91de
2045Z-2145Z I-77 OH 141 SB Bath EN91ee
2200Z-2300Z I-77 OH 141 NB Bath EN91ee
2315Z-0015Z I-271 OH 7 SB Richfield EN91df

When I work you, I will have to work you TWICE from each location since
the SPAR Winter FD and the IHRAS/RAOTA Rules want two completely different
exchanges... For the SPAR QSO, I need from you your Call, real Signal
Report (not just 59), Catagory (which for 99% of you will be "1H"), and
the current Outdoor Temperature... Then for the IHRAS/RAOTA QSO, I need
from you your Call, Name, Location (City, State, and 6 character Grid
Square if you know it), and IHRAS# if you have one... I need 5 QSOs per
Rest Area to successfully Activate it for the Awards...

I as always will be on 6 Meters only including all the local 6 Meter
/Repeaters... Both the SPAR Contest and the IHRAS/RAOTA Awards allow the
use of /Repeaters, so every local /Repeater I can hit, I will use... And
