[50mhz] [Moon-net] [NEWSVHF] TVI Notch Filters

These are very good for putting ahead of your own TVs.   They not 
only keep your family happy when you are operating , but they're very 
effective in showing your neighbors that you don't cause any TVI to 
your own sets.  I've been using them for years.
