[50mhz] Niue Island (ZK2/E6) Update - please distribute widely!

We will be activating Niue next month on 2m and 6m EME (and possibly other 
ionospheric propagation modes, if they should materialize).  The callsigns for the 
Niue VHF operation from AH51ba next month from September 7-20 will be:

E6M -  6m EME
E6RS - 2m EME

to include BOTH these calls as well as include the E6 prefix:
