[50mhz] 6 meter propagation on Monday

This past Monday I worked 2 LU stations on 6m, one for a new grid square!
It was around 2245Z when I got them. Was this likely straight F2, or more
likely a Es to F2 link? Was the solar flux high enough to support straight
F2 from Oklahoma to Argentina? I didn't hear any other stations coming in
on Es, but I did see a spot from Florida for XE3N which might have put the E
cloud at the right spot to get into F2 to Argentina. I am assuming that
classic TEP wasn't involved since it was a little early in the day for that,
plus my station isn't all that great-100 watts to a 3 element beam. I
understand that you need a pretty good station to get in on TEP.

Also, what does the solar flux need to reach to get F2 propagation into
Europe?
