[50mhz] polarization ?

Search for "copper loops". I built a pair of them and stacked them on the tower.
They have been up in typical midwest winters, over an inch of ice at least once,
and they work quite well.  The last VHF contest I used them to make contacts
from XE to VE and coast to coast.....25 states.  If you can solder copper pipe
with a torch a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot will get almost everything you need
for very little money.
