[50mhz] 6m FM QRP

Hello all.....
 
Rather new to 6m.
 
Going to be traveling to Antigua. I will be there for the next 10 days  and 
would like to know the 6m FM QRP calling and listing frequencies.
 
Antigua operation permitted from 50-54 MHz
 
I will be V25GP operating a Yaesu VX5-R (at 5w) along with a Diamond  
SRH940 antenna.
 
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
