[50mhz] V55EME

[Lance Collister, W7GJ]

Alex called CQ on 50.200 in the first sequence JT65A the whole time the moon was 
below 20 degrees on his moonset. The Kp index was down today, and I first copied him 
again around 17.5 degrees. Despite the relatively high Degradation (5.1 dB), he 
worked N6RMJ in his lobe around 12 degrees.  I didn't see anything from him below 1.5 
degrees today, but his best signal of the day was when his moon was at 3 degrees 
elevation:

165800  8  -17  2.4 -196  3 *      CQ V55EME JG88

I can't wait to see how strong he is when the Degradation drops 4 dB next week! 
Remember, he will be elevating to catch horizon-only stations next week during NA 
moonrise.
