[50mhz] T31A in AI47df on 6m EME for NA

As you probably are aware, there is an HF DXpedition heading to Kanton Island, 
Kiribati.  They do have equipment for 6m - an IC7600 and an ACOM 1000 amplifier. 
The local time on Kanton Island is 13 hours ahead of GMT.

Their tentative plans are to be QRV from April 17 through 28.  Although the timing 
of their trip does not coincide with favorable EME cndx or high enough declination 
to provide a window with EU, they have very graciously agreed to try JT65A during 
their moonrise toward the end of their trip if 6m gear was provided to them.  I 
have purchased and shipped them a 6M7JHV on loan and W1JJ and I have loaned them a 
RIGblaster and the special connector cable for their IC7600.

If they can be QRV on their moonrise, they hope to be QRV on 50.200, calling CQ in 
the first sequence at these times:

Mon, April 25 1200-1315Z (4.5 dB)
Tue, April 26 1245-1400Z (4.6 dB)
Wed, April 27 1330-1445Z (3.9 dB)
Thu, April 28 1400-1515Z (3.6 dB)

The numbers in parentheses are dB Degradation as predicted by GJTRACKER, which is 
usually .5 to 1.0 dB less than that shown by WSJT.  Although these are challenging 
conditions, it is believed that they can complete with larger NA stations who can 
elevate to match their moonrises.  They will not have internet capability, but it 
is requested that any callers coordinate among themselves using the ON4KST EME 
chat page, and spread out with at least 200 Hz between stations.

I will be out of town from April 18 to 28, so please do not expect any further 
updates about this from me.  Watch their website for any news that may include
