Hi OM's
After being away from 6 meters for many years, I now have a great rig
that allows me to get on there (Omni VII). I am using a very basic
antenna, but being located on top of a hill in New England, I should
hear some stations. So far, it has been very quite, even during the last
two contests. I have heard several stations from OH, and a few locals,
but that is all... Very disappointing, especially from a location that
had been good years ago.

So far this summer propagation from Oklahoma has been the worst I have ever seen, and that includes the other locations I have also operated from. We have had a couple of good openings, but that is it. At this point in the summer we should be getting openings almost every day. Instead, we are getting 1 or 2 short openings a week, at best.
