In the past I would just do a DX cluster spot saying the cards are in 
the mail & I received one. Not any more. You run afoul of the self 
appointed cluster cops. These cretins pounce on  anything that  doesn't 
fit their rule book. Sometimes they shoot first & never ask questions. 
Recently  one e mailed me accusing  me of spotting  a non station. The 
spot was was something like: P5AA 14000 pse  210-00. This guy has 
software so that he gets allerts if anything he needs comes on. So he 
actually had to go to the shack & check it out. Imagine that. Only 
problem  was I didn't send it. This guy got the wrong spot in his 
excitement to pull the law breaker to the curb. His e mail hinted I 
should brush up on DXing skills  before I used the cluster. Gee I have 
359 countries confirmed. In 2000 I had the "clean sweep'' but a QTH move 
cost me the P5. Guess I should brush up some more.Or maybe he could send 
me one of his invisable rule books.
Wonder if he's the same guy that spots  sports score when his team wins 
some championship. Is there a rule  number in the non book I could read?
