[50mhz] Spotting DX via e-Mail

Because a number of those on E-mail may not monitor a packet
cluster - or may not be able to when not at a fixed location
(but can get E-mail on their phones) - so I post to both.

Sure hate for guys to miss DX on 6!   :-)
