[50mhz] UB0LF?

Hi,
 
Yesterday at 2346Z a station came back to my CQ signing UB0LF.  The  call 
does not appear in QRZ.com, but I suppose it could be one of those new  
Russian prefixes.  Do any of you big 6-meter DXers know who this op is or  what 
his old call might have been?  UA0LF is in Vladivostok, which might  make 
sense but I don't know if it's the same guy.  I don't think I busted  the call 
because he gave it several times, but anything's possible.
