Chris,

All I found at the linked site (Engadget) was ads for a bunch of oddball and
tacky gadgets, a load of suspicious adware and cookies, but nothing about
the alleged GPS issue.  A waste of time.

If you rely on GPS as a standard for some equipment, AND IF you're in the
Southeast US, then cancel your weekend plans, just in case ;)
