That doesn't sound very simple to me.
Are you aiming at the middle of the bridge in American Samoa, or the bridge in Western Samoa....  Great eyesight.....    
 
At my QTH the North Star is directly over the big Maple tree in my front yard.
 Then I just aim 15 deg to the left.
Just a bit of levity to ease the soreness of shoveling all this !@#$% snow here in New England.
