[50mhz] No 6m from CE/DK2ZF

I just received an email from Rolf, and he indicated that they have terrible line 
noise at their QTH in Chile, and will be unable to get on 6m at all. Looks like we 
will be relying on CE/K7CA next month to activate CE effectively.  GL and VY 73
