[50mhz] [PNWVHFS] Update Cycle 24

This was a controversial subject for many years but more recent findings
apparently confirm that there is a connection between weather phenomena
(specifically, thunderstorms, which often accompany fronts) and Es. In
addition, fronts are often associated with tropo openings.
That is Es and tropo, however, not F2. Down here in DM41, we did get Es
openings of up to 4 hops this year, but no F2 that I know of. As the
sunspot cycle rises, though, I'll be all ears :-)

I've encountered this on 144 MHz so I've no reason to doubt it could work
in 6m.

Some 6M openings appear to be related to storm-fronts, it may be worth
making a study of geographically-regional openings cross-tabbed with
different types of weather patterns.
It may prove an insufficiently-linked association to represent a
predictable pattern ... or maybe there are some associations to be
discovered for some 6m propagation forecasting.
WDYT?
