MNI TNX to Pierre, Dan and the 8Q7QQ team:-) I completed with 8Q7QQ this morning on
their moonrise when their moon was between 5.5 and 6 degrees elevation.
Degradation=-5.1 dB and the Kp=0.7. They peaked -24 dB on JT65A. I only saw them
for one sequence after we completed - they were sending reports to somebody at
strength -27 dB and I had no decode. I only received three sequences total from them.
There were no other contacts with 8Q7QQ on their first moonrise. Other callers also
copied here were K6MYC, OH2BC and N6RMJ. We were able to coordinate our calling
through use of the ON4KST EME chat page, so all the callers were spread out every 200
Hz to avoid any QRM for for 8Q7QQ:

I certainly hope they can be on 6m until the cndx really improve at the end of the
week and many horizon-only stations have good windows with them. However, their most
recent info on the MMM on VHF page says they may not be on 6m EME past the middle of
the week for some reason.
