222 Mhz Amplifier- Lucas Zeta RF Power Module Model #068074-001, Mil
Surplus, Like New Condition. Lucas Zeta RF Power Module Model #068074-001,
Specs Imprinted On case "290-320 MHz. 100W Output. +24V DC Nominal
Operating Voltage, +15V DC Enable Bias." RF Lab Measurements: Low Level
Swept Testing Centered at 222.100 MHz Reveals -27.90 dB Input Return Loss,
+16.77 dB Gain, with a Quiescent Current Of 2.16 Amperes. High Power Testing
revealed that approximately 5W drive = 150W output @ P1dB. +26V is always
present, +15V Bias voltage is switched on when RF is applied to the
amplifier input
connector. +28V would yield even better results. Female SMA Connectors on
input
and output of module.
Serial #17, 26V DC, 5.25W In = 150W Out. IDQ=2.00A. 12.2A @ 150W.
Serial #55, 26V DC, 5.25W In = 150W Out. IDQ=1.95A. 12.2A @ 150W.
Each unit will also include a brand NEW heatsink/case designed for a solid
state amplifier with blank front and rear panels. Add a simple TR Control
circuit and a pair of SMA RF coaxial relays and this is a very clean, self
contained, 100 percent duty cycle, amplifier for 222 Mhz that will last
forever.
I have two modules/Heatsink cases available. $175 each Working Well
