I finally got my JW7QIA card this year for my October 28, 2004 QSO on 15 meters USB. I sent him email on April 4 of this year and had sent him one or more SASEs with green stamps in the past. I did get my card after the email was sent; it gave me another band-country. He is really LA7QIA. I do not know why he was so slow. His LA7 call on QRZ.com only shows 2,800 hits, but his JW7 shows 14,000. His address on the QSL card is the same as on QRZ.com. Maybe when you are at 78 degrees North, things move slower due to the coldness? There is no LOTW submittals from him. I would send him email and ask the situation: la7qia at arrl.net

Has anyone had any luck with direct QSLs for these two please?
Sent for 6m Es QSOs back in the summer.
