[50mhz] 6m FM activity

The "ARRL Bandplan" for six also shows 500kHz split repeaters while the majority of states/regions are using 1MHz or 1.7MHz offset...so much for the ARRL VRAC plan..(They havent gotten anything right since the expanded 2m plan when 145 was opened up for rptrs! Their six meter attempt was ridiculous and their original 10m plan was iirc 15kHz spacing...you see how long THAT lasted)

Problem with FM voice on 50.3 is 50.29 and 50.31 used for digital like PSK31, etc....
