[50mhz] suggestions for both 6 and 10 m mobile

Just wondering what 6 and 10m frequencies would you put in it a syntor x9000? It is a 64 channel radio and already has the following (per the display) now what the PL is or what the receive/transmit channel is i am not sure. It also has listed "Lawton rpt" and "Jackson" , does anyone know where these are?
