Offering a custom designed and dedicated  1200W single 3-500 high quality, small footprint 6 meter amplifier built into a Drake L4B RF deck enclosure. The amplifier features a brand new Taylor 3-500 tube  with a heavy duty doubler rectifier/filter capacitor PC board a custom wound HD plate transformer and a front panel standby switch. Develops 3600VDC plate voltage. Offers the following output power levels:10w drive 300w output; 20w/500w;50w/900w;100w/1200w. Features a manual 3 position rotary step start switch and a front panel input tune control for perfect 1:1 SWR.The tank circuit is broad-banded and boasts 1 mHz excursions w/o retuning;and perfect for chasing DX. Operates on 220VAC only!
