Yes, there is NO Channel 37 RF on the air at all because of Radio Astronomy
use....(but with virtual mapping, how long before we see DTV channel 37.1 or
EVEN 1.1??? I think it sucks myself......you can be on RF 51 but call
yourself Channel 2??? HUH???? I want to see someone make a TV2 antenna work
on a DTV virtually mapped to 51...but I digress)

That frequency range is used for VLBI by NRAO.......
