What's in the 70.0 - 70.5 MHz range?  
That is the UK band and about as big as the band gets in any country.

Just above 70 Mhz is not only the RC Aircraft, but Licensed Industrial
RC as well.  72-73 is RC,  73-74 is radio astronomy   74.8 to 75.2 is a
aviation guard band , with 75.00 MHz in the center, 75.00 is a critical
aviation frequency, the marker beacons for instrument landings. 75-76 is
industrial licensed  RC for oil wells and cranes and things like aids
for the hearing impaired.

RC for  aviation is is 72.010 MHz  to 72.990  in 20 khz steps. RC land 
and water vehicles are past the aviation guard band at 75.410 and up in
20 khz steps to 75.990
