Not at that point.  Remember, the voltage at that point is low.  It 
rises again at the point that the T meets the driven element.  (Just 
re-read the ARRL Handbook on T-matches between my first posting and the 
current post.)

I own an M2 432-9WL that is rated for 2kW and it uses a short piece of 
75-ohm coax and F connectors as its balun for the T-Match.
