[50mhz] WA6TFZ/Rover Operation

I am writing this message on behalf of my good friend Jim Leonard, WA6TFZ
out in INyokern, CA. Next Wednesday, JUly 15th, he is heading north
to go camping in Grid Square DM17. He is using an ICOM706 mk ii(g)
and a 3 element yagi. His frequency of operation is planned as 50.155
starting at 1600Z. He will spend at least one day there and then, if
propagation is good, is planning to QSY up to DM18 (the one I need)
He will be on Hwy 168 just east of BIg Pine, CA.
