[50mhz] Extra 6m radio for Rarotonga?

I know it's a long shot, but I thought I would ask around since this is such a good 
opportunity:

Does anyone know the whereabouts of an inexpensive/free 6m radio that could be sent 
to get E51CG back on 6m?  He has his old 6m beam installed on a tower next to his 
house, overlooking the ocean toward NA and JA, but he has no radio anymore for 6m. He 
is very interested in getting back on the Magic Band but has no income and no 6m 
radio :-(

ZL1RS is going to Rarotonga at the end of the month and could hand carry such a radio 
duty-free through customs to Victor, provided we could send him down a radio 
soon...If any of you know of a 6m radio gathering dust somewhere on a shelf in 
somebody's garage, here is our chance to put it to use activating a new country.
