According to the new announcement on the Desecheo website, the callsign has been 
assigned, and they expect to begin operation on February 12.  It is unknown how much 
time they will be able to spend on 6m, but they will have 1500w with a 5 element beam 
overlooking the ocean from north around through west to the south. It is expected 
that they will have an breakable CW beacon running at least some of the time on 
50.106 MHz and they hope to be QRV on JT65A mode on at least some of their moonsets
