Nice postage site, Arne. Here's another one (in Switzerland) for
cross-checking purposes, though I like yours better, I think:

http://www.atms.ch/rates/

Both sites show a "last updated" date; the Swiss site is showing January
2009, while the K4HB site says November 2008.

My local Post Office has ZERO in stock and is NOT ordering more IRCs until
after the postal increase that is due in May 2009. I tried to get some
before XMAS but they did not have any. Unless I can find some its now $3.00
for some returns, $2.00 for others.

It took me 4 months to get IRCs from the first attempt so based on that I
would say my Post Office will not get IRCs until Sept 2009 at the earliest.

Here is a site I found that provides returns postage info to USA .
