I think Yuri QSLs reliably, but he is away from home for long periods of time. You can expect six months waiting. Also, it is probably not a good idea to send green stamps in the mail to former East block countries. Old (postal employee) habits do not die quickly... :(   'Better to use IRC's if you know your contact is located in a larger city (where IRC's are accepted by the local post office) or get local return postage from a QSL stamp dealer such as Bill Plum. Then, for mail to "risky" areas (East block, S. & C. America, Africa, Pacific islands), where contents of mail are often pilfered, I cut off a small corner of the envelope, so the contents can be readily inspected. A note " Nothing of value enclosed" on the outside of the envelope does not hurt....

  Has anyone yet received a QSL from Yuri UT1FG/MM for the maritime grids he activated in May? I QSLed direct to him in Odessa with green stamps, in the absence of any other QSL guidance.
