[50mhz] EX8MLT/EX7MW DXpedition to MN82re

At 2004Z today August 15, 2009 I completed with EX8MLT on 50.200 using JT65A mode. 
They were only -28 dB on JT65A at that time, and their moon was around 12.5 degrees 
elevation.  They later peaked up to -22 dB, as they got their XMTR problems solved. 
They expect to be on for their moonset tomorrow.  Mike EX7MW/UN8GC is providing

Both Mike and Oleg said they were very excited and decoded all 4 or 5 people calling 
them on their first moonrise.  It was great that the callers spread out well, and 
they did not have any QRM on JT65A mode between the callers.

Just a reminder, if you are seeing a trace from them, they request that you send 
calls and OOO.  This will show them which callers they have the best chance 
completing with quickly.  They will always be starting out a contact with calls and 
OOO, so everyone will be clear who it is they are working.  When you receive RRR from 
them, please send them 73 so they know they are good to go on to the next caller.
