Hello Steve,

I uploaded a slightly revised version 1.07 of GJTRACKER this week....so I suggest you
start out by downloading the most recent version from

http://bigskyspaces.com/w7gj/GJTRACKER.zip

Then you can extract the GJTRACKER files into a separate directory or into the same
folder where you have WSJT installed. There is no installation or setup file...you
just double click on the GJTRACKER.EXE to get things to start.

On some machines, it is necessary to install a couple of files from Microsoft, if
they are not already installed. Both the GJREADME.TXT and GJHELP.PDF files describe
the procedure:

1)	GJTRACKER is written in Visual Basic 6.0, to run on Windows operating systems. If
you do not already have the required files to run VB6 programs, it may be necessary
to download the update file from Microsoft:

	http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290887

2)	Upon running the program, you may receive a message that your computer cannot find
a certain Microsoft file in your operating system. The two such missing files I have
encountered so far were MSSTDFMT.DLL and COMDLG32.OCX. For your convenience, I
have included those two files with this distribution. If you do receive an error
report about missing one of these files when you first try to run GJTRACKER, follow
these steps:

		1. Copy one or both of these files to the C:\Windows\System32 folder

		2. In the Windows START area, press the START and RUN buttons to open the Start,
Run dialog window and enter:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx

and/or

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSSTDFMT.DLL

Afterward, you should see something like the following message:

DllRegisterServer in C:\WINDOWS\System32\comdlg32.ocx succeeded.

3)	Since the HELP file is in PDF format, it also is necessary to have a reader for
Adobe Acrobat PDF files. If you don't already have such a program installed on your
computer, please download and install a free reader from:

			http://www.adobe.com/

If you click on the TITLE LABEL for the box in the lower right corner of the
GJTRACKER screen, the box will change from the path for the default text editor to
the path for the default pdf reader. You should enter in the appropriate path for
your Adobe reader there, and then press the SET DEFAULTS button along the bottom of
the screen.

After you have specified the correct paths for the text editor and Adobe reader, the
program will automatically open up the files showing tracking information with a text
editor when you run the program. It will also automatically open up the pdf HELP
file when you press the HELP button.

Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance. GL and VY 73, Lance
