[50mhz] FOLLOWUP: CQ WW VHF ROVER log header(s)

The difficulty I had getting my ROVER log to be accepted by the CQ WW
VHF robot _as_ ROVER provoked me to write a wee little script to check
the "List of Electronic Logs Received" at cqww-vhf.com for the ROVER
submissions:

   :#!/bin/bash
   : lynx --dump 'http://www.cqww-vhf.com/logs-received-vhf.htm' | \
   : egrep '(/R|ROVER)'
   :exit

Checking as of 1830z, 26-Jul-08, we have:
   :
   |$ rovercheck
   | AE5P/R SINGLE-OP LOW NON-ASSISTED
   | K0CS/R ROVER HIGH
   | N2SLN/R ROVER HIGH NON-ASSISTED
   | VE3AAQ/W1/R SINGLE-OP HIGH ASSISTED
   | W3DHJ/R ROVER LOW
   | W4BFB/R SINGLE-OP HIGH NON-ASSISTED
   | W6KA/R MULTI-OP LOW
   | WA6KLK/R SINGLE-OP HIGH ASSISTED
   | WB3BEL/R ROVER LOW
   | WB8BZK/R ROVER LOW
   |$
   :

So, there are (atleast) 5 rovers classed as OTHER THAN rover --
which EQUALS the number that are properly classed as ROVER!. I say
"atleast 5" because there's no way to identify the logs of rovers that
submitted, perhaps, as "W1ZZZ" and did not use the "/R".
I do not belive that it is a requirement that rovers submit as
"CALLSIGN: W3DHJ/R" versus "CALLSIGN: W3DHJ", or with "Subject: W3DHJ/R"
versus "Subject: W3DHJ". Tho', above, we see nobody classed as ROVER
that did NOT submit as "/R".
