Wait! It gets better:

I tried their "Web Form for Typing in Paper Logs"

        http://www.b4h.net/cabforms/cqwwvhf_cab.php

and ended up with these (sparse) headers:

        |START-OF-LOG: 2.0
        |CALLSIGN: W3DHJ/R
        |CATEGORY: ROVER ALL HIGH
        |CLAIMED-SCORE:
        |CONTEST: CQ-VHF
        |CREATED-BY: WA7BNM Web2Cabrillo 1.08
        |NAME: .......
        :...

It looks incomplete v-a-v the "CQ WW VHF Log Format" section
at:
        http://www.cqww-vhf.com/logs.htm

But, there is nothing there at odds with my operating CONDX.
Oh, well. This "Web Form for Typing in Paper Logs" wouldn't
do me wrong, would it?

WRONG!
I submitted the log and got back an 'error free' (sic) response:
