[50mhz] CQ WW VHF log header(s)

Am I the only rover (or, any other CATEGORY op) who iss confused and
frustrated by the 'instructions' at:

   http://www.cqww-vhf.com/logs.htm

And/or their "skeleton Cabrillo log file" at:

  http://www.cqww-vhf.com/skel.log

Under the heading "CQ WW VHF Log Format" they show a sample log and
state "Lines that are filled in are required." -- then, further on
down, they proceed to tell me the format of data that is required
in _other_ lines.  ?????

The "skeleton Cabrillo log file" isn't even CLOSE to what's shown under
the heading "CQ WW VHF Log Format".  It contains fields I've never seen
nor used before.  And, it doesn't contains fields that should be required.

Then, under the heading "CQ WW VHF Log Categories" I see:

 |SINGLE-OP SINGLE BAND
 |SINGLE-OP ALL BAND
 |SINGLE-OP ALL BAND QRP

Huh?  Is "categories" the CATEGORY: field?  I hope so.  (Or, should it
be the new Cabrillo ver 3 CATEGORY-STATION: field?)  CAPS would've been
nice in the description.  But, what is "POWER" and "BAND"?  Is that all
piled onto one line -- the CATEGORY: line -- like the 3 SINGLE-OP
samples?

No, wait, "POWER" must refer to CATEGORY-POWER:, because I got this:

  |[X] No value is found for CATEGORY-POWER: --  I was expecting HIGH or
  |    LOW or QRP, so I set it to the default value of HIGH.

But, wait!  How could it "expect ... LOW" when the instructions state:
"POWER should be either HIGH or QRP"?

I've attempted 3 submissions to the robot and each time I fix a problem
the robot complained about, it complains about some _other_ field
because - it seems - the new field in error is at odds with the field I
just fixed,or inserted, or removed.

I'll return now to repetitve submissions of my log until I either:

        A.  Guess the right format.
        B.  Am accused of a Denial Of Service attack.  HI!HI!
