[50mhz] FN86 is activated

Fantastic, Brent! We'll sure be looking for some long double-hop propagation
up there. I need FN86. Actually, to tell the truth, I need that whole row of
grids all the way west to the Michigan Upper Penninsula!

Hey, there's a really cool possible Grid DXpedition on PEI -- FN87! Just the
very northernmost tip of the island, and the rest is ocean. I've researched
it a bit and it looks very doable. There's even a nice-looking B&B inside
the grid boundary, as I recall. :-)  At least there was a couple years ago.
