[50mhz] AZ 6M activity?

Living in Sun City DM33, thinking of putting up a 3 el  6M  beam...
anyone on 6 in the area?  SSB, AM, FM?  anything?
 
What is the best way to avoid TVI on 6, we still have several over the  air  
neighbors in the city... a six meter  filter of some wort, any  
recommendations?
