[50mhz] EL28 to be activated today/tomorrow

It's mighty late in the Es season, and there may be no
propagation, BUT -- FWIW, Russell WN4VCH will be active in EL28
this evening (Friday) and tomorrow, Saturday. He will be mostly on
CW, 50.093, to catch any weak openings, but will also make some
noise on 50.125 USB from time to time.
