[50mhz] N0LL 6m beacon

Today October 1st around 1455z the N0LL/B for 6m went to around 50 watts 
from the 13 watts level it has been sense the beacon transmitter was 
changed  several years ago.  The origional beacon transmitter from May 
1985 ran 21 watts. Thanks to Jon N0JK who donated a brick for the 
upgrade.  I was concerned about overload as here in town is only 12 
miles from the beacons.  It doesn't seem to be a problem. When we tried 
QRO on the 144.294 2m beacon back in 1998 there was overload so the pa 
was taken off line.  Scatter reports would be interesting.  At 50.077.2 
on my old rig there is a good 600 hz tone.
