My feeling is that a properly guyed -25 would do the trick. The one thing that I would do differently: use a pair  of thrust bearings, and bring the rotor down towards the base of the tower.

Actually, your old antenna was probably just the right size....remember, if it didn't come down, it wasn't big enough!
