[50mhz] Good gain verticals?

Hi Jay, 

If you are primarily interested in FM, the vertical is definitely the 
way to go for an omni antenna.  Because of the cross polarization losses 
you will probably not be happy with a vertical for SSB/CW work.  I am 
limited to one antenna for 6 meters due to deed restrictions in the 
community.  I put up a Par Omniangle loop and have been very pleased 
with it.  They can be stacked for additional gain.  It is broad band 
enough that I can use it on 6 FM with the internal tuner in the ProII.  
I don't try to do any DXing on 6 FM but I can work some locals, and that 
is fine with me because my main interest is weak signal SSB/CW.
