[50mhz] Looking for 6M lin amp 0.5W in --> 25W out

I'm looking for a well-designed 6M linear amplifier that will give minimum 
25W output for maximum 500mW input. In other words, the minimum acceptable 
gain ratio at these power levels must be X50. I've found one marketed in UK, 
but so far nothing in US. Does anybody know of one, or better yet, have one 
they would like to get rid of?
