[50mhz] 28.385 10 meter Net & Historic Moment in Amatuer Radio

On Thursday 2-22-2007 at 9:01PM, PST here on the west coast/ @ 9:01 PM, 
Pacific Standard Time, Will AA6DD will begain first by calling Tech's by 
Call Signs then asking if there are any Techs that would like to check in. 
Prior to 9:01PM PST, at around 8:30PM/ 8:40PM PST all General Class and 
Higher Hams will have an oppertunity to check in. This is a New Net on 10 
meters 28.385 USB and will then move to Saturday most likely @ 7PM PST and 
every saturday there after.

On Friday 2-23-2007 @ 12:01AM EST is when the new FCC rules go into effect 
and Techs will have privlages on 10 meters Phone.

SSB Phone Only & CW Only are the opperating modes per FCC Rules for   28.300 
to 28.500

Recap: Around 8:30PM any Ham with a General, Advanced or Extra Lic. schould 
check in
          At 9:01 PM PST AA6DD will call for Tech's as they will have 10 
meter privilages at  that exact moment......

This will be an Historic Moment In Amatuer Radio...
