[50mhz] New 6m DXCC :-)

Congrats Lance!  And what a year it was on 6m.  Never
thought I would work JA on 6m at the bottom of the
sunspot cycle, but it happened this past June!  Also
work CU and HR for new 6m countries.  Let's hope that
2008 is even better!
