[50mhz] New 6 Meter Repeater

Probably -1.0 as that is still the standard in MOST of the country...WE NEED
to get a NATIONAL split on 6..one that makes sense...like the 1.7MHz split
does (shameless plug there too though personally I would like to see 6 copy
220...-1.6Mhz split and we go BACK to the original EVEN 20kHz
channels....and get rid of 52.525 for 52.520!! But who wants to take bets on
that???)

Some states are trying to use -1.0 MHz across the entire 3 MHz!! That
doesn’t work!!!! (outputs showing up on inputs, how stupid/moronic can you
get! Shades of the 1960s and early rptr operation without a decent
bandplan!)
