[50mhz] SELL: Ameritron AL1500 6m 2KW Amplifier

For the 50mHz contestor/DX'er, I have a mint Ameritron AL1500 
Amplifier, with a single Eimac 8877,  offered on a custom built-to-
order basis. The completed amp is  rated at 2KW for dedicated 6m use. 
The rectifier caps (10 Nichicon 470/450VDC in total)  have been 
replaced to accommodate the higher voltages along with  HD Dale  
bleeders. A rear panel rocker switch controls a relay that  remotely  
selects either 3600 or 4000VDC plate voltage.  This is the 5th AL1500 
to be completed each making a minimum of 2000w OUTPUT. The remainder 
of the retrofit  work  will begin after receipt of a  good faith 
agreement for the sale. The price complete with a full output tube  is 
$2100 ($1700 without the tube). Pick up preferred in the Scranton, PA 
or New York City areas but can ship in three parcels at additional 
expense.   If anyone is interested in a one call, one contact
